This call is a part of our monthly masterclass series inside my True Core Health membership, but with how misunderstood (and mismanaged) diastasis recti is for so many women, I am opening it up for ANYONE that wants to join.

Diastasis recti is most often described as the separation of abdominal tissues, but that’s not the whole story.

This language paints a picture that our abdominals were integrated and now they’re torn. The truth is that our abdominals are always connected fascially: they changed shape to make room for your baby, and now, they need to change shape again to restore structure and stability.

So often, the solutions we see for diastasis focus solely on the abdominals. Women need a whole-body approach. Strength, stability, and motility throughout the back body support the front body; a lack there will make healing DR more difficult – no matter how many ab workouts you do.

If you…

  • have been stuck not moving for fear that you’ll worsen your DR
  • want to heal from a whole-woman, whole-body lens
  • feel like you still look pregnant months or even years postpartum
  • have been told to shy away from certain exercises
  • want to better understand what is actually happening in your body
  • feel intimidated about moving correctly to heal without furthering harm
  • worry that it’s too late! (it’s not)
