As a woman, your pelvis is the core of your HEALTH - impacting every aspect of your life, from your daily interactions to your overall sense of well-being.

Do you feel like you were taught misinformation about your body, and had to gradually unlearn what you've been told?

Have you tried different methods to heal pelvic pain based on recommendations from professionals or the internet, but had limited success?

Are you a pregnant or postpartum mother and find it challenging to choose the pelvic health and wellness support that suits your needs and centers your authority?

Do you work in women’s health and somehow in all of your training never focused specifically on women’s anatomy and physiology?

Have you ever suffered from any of the following...

chronic pelvic pain, painful sex, anorgasmic sex, low back pain, back pain in general, hip pain, uncomfortable pregnancies, prolapse, vulvodynia, bladder issues, infections, fibroids, cysts, amenorrhea, irregular periods, etc…

Have you ever considered that your daily habits, exercise routines, and lifestyle movements may directly be contributing to some of your pelvic health concerns?

Navigating the vast amount of information available about female health can be overwhelming, particularly when it comes to pelvic wellness.

It's not uncommon to feel helpless and isolated, as if you've exhausted all options and nothing seems to be truly working, at least not long term.

Maybe, like many women, you’ve encountered a lack of clarity and support from your healthcare provider (holistic or otherwise).

Or maybe your fitness instructors don't regularly discuss the differences between men and women.

Or maybe you are that care provider or fitness instructor (chiros , PT's, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, I'm talking to you!) and you never were taught specifically about the difference between male and female bodies.

How clearly do you really understand your female body and female physiology?

Women are generally not taught about their bodies through a female-centered lens.

Why is this important?

Because not truly understanding HOW your female physiology functions makes it harder to heal health concerns and live a life that is aligned with your needs as a woman.

The common symptoms I listed above might be common, but they're not normal.

As a woman, you do not have to live with chronic pain, recurring infections, and other pelvic concerns. Full Stop.

Alternatively, you can…

feel supported, strong, and vibrant in your pelvic health - and your body overall! And I love that for you.

but let me ask you this…

Are you doing workouts, movement practices, and lifestyle activities that have the potential to cause serious issues down the line? (If they haven’t already.)

Are your exercise routines and daily lifestyle actions centering your female body?

And are the clothes you’re wearing, the food you’re eating, and the physical activities you’re doing daily, supporting your pelvic bowl to stay mobile, healthy, and functioning for your entire female life?

These are the questions I want women to ask themselves.

Because vibrant pelvic health is available to all women.

So, are you ready to stop outsourcing your pelvic health, understand and trust your body and feel confident in your ability to heal?

I’ve healed my own pelvic health concerns, and I truly believe you can too.

There is a solution to these common health concerns and a way out of pelvic pain, and a map back to trusting and understanding your beautiful and unique female body.

The foundational steps to Radical Pelvic Health include:

Gaining a thorough understanding of female physiology: lay the groundwork and dispel myths that do not support your healing trajectory.

Receiving individual care and support tailored to your unique body, and experiences.

Resting and connecting with yourself and other women who have gone through similar experiences. The value of women-only spaces and shared stories cannot be overstated.

Prioritizing living a lifestyle that centers your female body, including food, movement, sex, daily activities, clothing, routines, and more. Prioritizing your lifelong health requires reexamining your life and determining what truly serves your female body.

Practicing movement designed to support female physiology. Be discerning when taking classes or instruction from someone who does not have a true understanding of female physiology and is instead teaching from a male-centered anatomical understanding.

And one of my favorite recommendations…

Getting  bodywork! Receive from a women-centered practitioner who is informed of true female physiology so that she can serve you, your body, and your needs.

I've witnessed it repeatedly...

100’s of stories of chronic pelvic pain disappearing through female-centered movement practice.

Bladder issues that have persisted for years have been resolved by making simple lifestyle changes that support the female body.

Excruciating sacrum pain that has been alleviated by gaining a basic understanding of female physiology and implementing one small change.

It's truly amazing to see what can happen when women take these foundational steps.

Hi, I'm Adelaide Meadow, a female physiologist, traditional birth attendant, teacher, and speaker specializing in women's health and culture.

Having worked in women’s health and perinatal care, I've seen how female pelvic health is often overlooked and misunderstood in our modern culture. I've dedicated the last decade to studying and teaching about female physiology, midwifery, and feminist history from a women-centered perspective. My teaching is grounded in tangible practices, real-life applications, and anecdotal observation. I teach based on what has worked for myself and thousands of other women, and I truly believe we can ALL understand our physiology in context, and improve our health.

I'm thrilled to invite you to the 2nd annual Radical Pelvic Health Intensive, which was born out of my passion for educating and supporting women. This comprehensive and engaging experience focuses on learning about female physiology, functional movement, and resetting your pelvic health for a new baseline reality.

Now listen…

Not all retreats are created equal.

In fact, this “retreat” is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

Traditional retreats often fall short when it comes to actually creating change in your life, your  health, and your patterns, (as opposed to just taking a break from your habits).  At the Radical Pelvic Health Intensive, we do things differently.

This is not only a retreat but an educational intensive.

Yes, you will have time for rest and relaxation, but you will also be encouraged to dive deep into the content every single day and truly transform your life and your health.

My unique approach to pelvic health combines functional movement with radical health education and community connection. You'll gain valuable insights, shift physical patterns, build lasting connections with like-minded women, and uplevel your own offerings and how you support women within your life.

ALL while having fun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of rural Vermont.

This is a small group deep dive into all things pelvic health with plenty of space for individual care, hands-on support, and connection.

Now doesn't that sound dreamy?

Before you even begin to object that you’ve already tried to heal your pelvic issues and nothing works, let me pause you right there.

This intensive is not like anything you’ve already tried…

Are any of these on your “I’ve already tried it” list?

  • Trainings or programs that didn't center female physiology
  • In-person physical therapy sessions that didn't address your specific needs
  • Online content with conflicting or inaccurate advice
  • Self-diagnosing and treating with over-the-counter products
  • Traditional yoga classes that didn't center women’s bodies and needs
  • Medical treatments that didn't provide long-term relief or improvement
  • Fitness classes that emphasized high-intensity exercises or movements that exacerbated your symptoms
  • YTTs that taught male alignment cues to rooms full of women
  • DIY exercises or stretches that were ineffective or potentially harmful
  • Medical professionals who dismissed or downplayed your symptoms

Then don’t worry. Those didn't work for other women either…

The Radical Pelvic Health Intensive is an all-women's in-person educational retreat that helps women achieve vibrant pelvic health and well-being through daily movement, bodywork, and female-focused physiological education.

This is a Total Pelvic Health Reset.

This intensive offers a comprehensive schedule of hands-on 1:1 care, lectures, workshops, discussions, movement practices that address chronic pain, common pelvic health resolutions, and clarity about how to properly care for your female pelvis and body.

By the end of the week, you will feel confident and empowered to continue your pelvic health journey with newfound knowledge, or add tools to your women's health practice.

"The Radical Pelvic Health Intensive was the perfect place for me to reset my mind and body in the most loving and fun container. Adelaide is an absolute wealth of information and I adore learning from her. I left the intensive with the confidence to implement new practices into my own daily movement and lifestyle routines. I hope every woman gets the chance to work with Adelaide and I couldn’t recommend this event more whole-heartedly!"
