A 4-day intensive in Sebastopol, CA

June 26-29, 2025 - 10am-5pm

This intensive is for birth professionals, movement therapists, bodyworkers, and mothers alike- the more involved we all are in our birth culture, the better our birth culture becomes.

Add it to your self-directed prenatal care kit, your midwifery skills, your movement + bodywork practice, or your rightful knowledge as a woman.

During this intensive you will learn:

In-depth uterine + pelvic anatomy and physiology through the pregnancy + birth continuum
How to mobilize the pelvic inlet, mid-pelvis, and the outlet in preparation for birth
Prenatal postural patterns + the connection to fetal positioning and birth patterns
Whole-body, dynamic biomechanical preparation for birth during pregnancy
Specific origins + movement practices for common pain patterns including SPD, sciatica, SI joint + back pain, heartburn, and more

This workshop includes lectures, movement practices and individual posture assessments

Born Through Movement is not medical advice, nor should it be treated as such. This workshop is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of birth through a biomechanical lens. Keep in mind, Midwifery practice and skills are truly developed through in-person, birth attendance.

This purchase is non-refundable; however, we understand that birthworkers will be in attendance, many of them on call. In the event that you were called to a birth, we are able to offer a prorated refund of $300 for each day missed. In the event that you miss the entire workshop while actively attending a birth, you will receive a full refund minus $300.
