Many of our yoga practices and postures are designed for male pelvic anatomy.
This doesn’t mean we can’t practice asana as women, but we live in a world where more than 50% of women have some degree of pelvic dysfunction (including low back and SI joint pain, pelvic pain, painful sex, bladder incontinence, some degree of pelvic prolapse, etc), and our movement and yoga practice can be exacerbating those concerns.
Join this 90-minute yoga class + workshop to understand your female pelvis and learn to move in integrity with your unique anatomy.
Come as you are in comfortable clothing. Set up in a comfortable space with a chair, bench, or coffee table near by, and something nice to drink throughout the practice.
What you'll need:
- a yoga mat
- yoga blocks or something similar
- strap/belt/or scarf
- a blanket or two
- a pillow or two
